Leveling Up: How I'm Expanding My Business for 2025

I can't wait for 2025! Its going to be full to the max with improvement, continual professional development, and goal achieving! It's going to be awesome, watch this space!

Firstly I will be continuing to be apart of the Polegate Team, and they have some exciting improvements coming up as well, not only the opening of the jump field, but public shows and a cross country course all on the horizon!

Time for Clinics!

I've decided that this year I will be running clinics in the local area, subject to availability! I am looking at doing starters to competitors, jumping clinics, pole work clinics, groundwork clinics, all sorts! Hopefully they gain enough interest and participation to evolve this even more in the future! Having attended clinics myself I understand how important they are to both horse and rider, introducing people to like minded groups, garnering information and knowledge, and boosting confidence!

I am so excited for these, and will be setting up an events page with further details once they're available, and will be advertised on Facebook!

Equestrian Pilates!

Come the middle of this year, I will be a fully qualified Mat Pilates instructor, focusing on Pilates for the horse rider! I can't wait to start these classes, as rider fitness is so important to any equestrian grouping. Especially for people coming back or suffering with injuries, people who wish to increase their flexibility, strength and stamina, and who want to be able to apply more leg when their instructor asks!

Equine Management

By the middle of this year I also would have completed my equine management course, which gives me the qualifications I need to run my own yard, I don't have desires to do that, but its good for the future! It'll also help for when I complete my level 3 biomechanics coaching qualifications hopefully by the end of the year, who doesn't love more qualifications?

Biting!

I am also looking into become a qualified bit specialist, I haven't quite started the ball rolling on this yet, but research shows plenty of different opportunities in this area, and to be able to apply that knowledge when dealing with clients and their horses will be extremely helpful! A good asset to any coach.

And Lastly...

Although it isn't equine related, by November I will be a successfully certified level 4 counsellor. This means I can counsel independently of a company. Whilst counselling isn't necessary in the near future, I am hoping the skills I gain through this will help me with coaching, recognizing people in need, safeguarding, and just having the ability to comfort, guide and assist people in more ways than just riding.

All in all, 2025 is going to be super busy for me! But I love a challenge, and thrive off of bettering myself. Here we go!
